Empowering Inclusive Employment

Sofab Sports CIC is a social enterprise that was founded in 2014 by Dale Rawlins, at the age of 16.

An integral goal of ours is to provide training and paid employment opportunities for individuals overcoming various hardships in their lives. At Sofab Sports, more than 60% of our workforce have a physical or mental disability, have previously been homeless or are reforming and reintegrating back into mainstream society.

We believe in inclusive employment and that all businesses should have a workforce demographic that reflects there customer base.

We are proud to have employed and helped over 60 staff members who have been classed as furthest from the employment line transition into secure full time employment. 

All of this is achieved via our retail and trade relationships, we do not take donations or government grants. Your purchases go towards us helping us achieve our goal of Empowering Inclusive Employment.

All of our products are 100% genuine, sourced through the UK’s largest specialist retailers and wholesalers. Our products cover a wide variety of sports ranging from US Sports such as Basketball and American Football to Rugby, Football, Motorsport, Gymwear and many more. You will also find your favourite brands such as Nike, adidas, Under Armour and Gymshark.
Sofab Sports is a social enterprise that exists purely on consumer trading and we do not ask for Government funding to support our company. There is much more value in your purchase than the goods you receive, you are also allowing us to positively impact the futures of many lives.
